Large furnace with interchangeable molds (Ingot, Gear, or Double Ingot). Add coal to the side and iron from the top to make Steel. Also works as a Tier 2 Blast Furnace.
Casting Furnace
It requires 10 ores to pour a junk cast It requires 10 ores to pour a double ingot cast. It requires 7 ores to pour a gear cast. It requires 6 ores to pour a ingot cast.
Normal ores do not yield more material than crushed ores, making crushing always beneficial before smelting.
Mixing different ore types in the furnace will result in Slag cast.
All smelted products can also be reinserted into the furnace. They count as their corresponding ore type (for example, a Gold Ingot counts the same as Gold Ore when added).
Slag functions as Coal. However, adding directly will always produce Slag.
